As a first time home buyer the hardest thing is to find a realtor to help you buy your dream house. Andrea treated my wife and I like friends not clients. After looking for a house in our price range we finally purchased our first house in Haverhill. We have been looking for the perfect home for over 2 years where some people would give up on their client Andrea did not give up with helping us find our house. There are some things that people should look for a in their realtor Trust, Loyalty and Dedication Andrea exceeds all 3. I remember going to a open house on a Sunday at 11am and half way looking through the house and she says "ok, let's go" she found issues that we would have overlooked having no knowledge on the how to purchase a house. You could purchase this house but would have issues later on down the road. After hearing the issues we realized we were looking at the cosmetic parts of the house not the water heater, gas or oil, bone structure of the house. rTo me that was a huge relief. Andrea looked at opportunity to make us happy in our location,and the safety for our 4 year old child. After purchasing the house Andrea followed up to make sure all of our paperwork was filled out and everything was ready for when we received our key.
